Looking Out For Us

The trips, stumbles, falls too many to recall.
The tears, fears, nightmares too many to count.
The losses, obstacles, hindrances too many to think about.
The debts, doubts, darkness too many to speak of.
The misdeeds, evil, perverseness too many to look at.
We cry out. We hurt. We bleed.
Amazingly, there is someone looking out for us.
In spite of the trips, stumbles, falls.
In spite of the tears, fears, nightmares.
In spite of the losses, obstacles, hindrances.
In spite of the debts, doubts, darkness.
In spite of the temptations, evil, perverseness.
Assuredly, there is someone looking out for us.
To help us up when we fall.
To comfort us through the tears.
To assure us of ultimate victory even after a loss.
To shine His light in the dark places of our lives.
To lead us not into temptations.
Always demonstrating that we who belong to Him are His, FOR REAL.
To guide our feet in His path.
To give us courage in the face of fears.
To bring an end to the nightmares.
To help us cast of the hindrances.
To help us hurdle the obstacles.
To see the hope when doubt persists.
To forgive our debts and cancel them.
To protect us from the evil one.
To bring repentance from our perverseness.
God, our heavenly Father, is always reigning over us.
Jesus, our Savior, is always interceding for us.
The Holy Spirit, our Counselor, is always there to guide us.
Our God is always looking out for us!
